As a smart investor, you know your property needs to be
well-designed to maximize your ROI, but you know realistically you don't have time to handle the million details to make that happen. We'll learn about your ideal guests then create a full design concept with their needs in mind. Once the decisions are made for your property's design aesthetic, we'll handle everything from working with contractors to procuring, inspecting, and installing everything for those gorgeous finish photos that will attract your perfect guests. We've thought of and systematized everything that needs to get done, so you don't have to. Leverage our experienced team so you can focus on expanding your portfolio.

Design Plan Only
Want a professionally designed AirBNB or Short-Term Rental, but have a setup team in place or happy to handle all the ordering and implementation yourself? We love you, action taker! No matter where you are in the world, we will create a complete design plan with setup instructions for you to implement on your own as your time and budget allow. For each space we design, you'll receive a furniture layout, color palette, custom-curated shopping list with links, and styling notes for those designer finishing touches.

Design Jumpstart
Perfect for clients who are looking for a refresh of their existing property or want expert guidance to create an overall design vision for a their rental. To maximize our time together, we will review all of your prep work and will research listings in your market ahead of time ahead of time.

Design Style + Project Questionnaire which we'll review in advance so we're well-prepared to maximize our time together

Competitor listing analysis of photos, design elements, amenities - so we can make suggestions for how to help your listing stand out.

Two hour strategy session with Allison + Marcie to get your questions answered. Option to do 2 hours in person if local to CT, MA, or RI (travel fee may apply).
